I made the silly mistake of trying to contact my local telephone company and asking for a phone book. Within a couple of days, not only did I have one large phone book from the company I asked for it from, but somehow other companies have started sending me their books as well. The California Yellow Pages alone is bigger than the one complete phone book I had where I lived before. I think from now on I will try to stick mainly to the Internet to look up different vendors should I need the information and ask that the suppliers of the large telephone books look into recycling.

Identity theft is something that I worry about. It is not that I have a lot to loose but what I do have I need to get me through my retirement years. There are people at websites that put small programs on your computer that will transfer information to their computer without your knowing it. On my computer I have bank account information and credit card information that I do not want to share with strangers. Having self-esteem issues is common in young women all over the world, and I am not exempt. This has been something that I have suffered with since I was about ten years old, if I remember correctly. Everyone in my life has tried to help me to find a solution, so that I can live a normal life. It has gotten so bad that it has led to such conditions as bulimia and anorexia. My mother is trying to get me to see some hypnotherapists in North London, because they claim that they can help. I am not sure what I think about it, but I guess anything is worth a shot.
