But the market still dominates the borrower’s options for the loan and therefore the responsibility of finding the best option remains with the borrower himself.
Factors that play in the delaying of the process include, the time lag that takes place between the borrower deciding to opt for the loan from a specific bank and the bank actually commencing the process till the waiting for the completion of the third party reports till the waiting for the missing documents (if any).
These factors become blockages in the way of getting the loan.
