Just As Important As The Food

If the customers have a bad experience at your restaurant, they are not going to come back, regardless of how good your food is. Needless to say, it works the other way as well. If you have great customer service but your food is awful they probably won’t come back either. You need to make sure that both the food and the customer service are excellent if you want your restaurant to become popular and make a decent amount of money for you. Be sure to continually work on both.
