One thing that you must always make sure is that you must make certain that for scorecards keep humans in mind. These are not machines and must not be taken as such. They are real humans and what you being a human do not like must not expect other peoples to like. These cards must be made keeping humans in view and all the modules must be crafted so that human can fit into them. You must understand that a real balanced scorecard is that card which has all the modules which care best suited to humans in all times, weather and situations.
