How did the term Alkaline Chef originate?
January 16th, 2012 . by adminThe term, Alkaline Chef, according to available information; was originated to describe Dr. Robert O Young, who was an American author of several books on nutrition, alternative medicine and alkaline diet. His most acclaimed books were called pH miracle books. He advocated an ‘alkalarian’ lifestyle. He wrote a book specifically known as the ‘pH Miracle.’ In his ‘pH Miracle Centre,’ Dr. Young worked with wife, who was also deeply involved right along with him in his life’s passion. They farmed alkaline fruits and vegetables, organized health retreats and seminars, and taught people the causes and sources of diseases and how they can be prevented through alkaline diet. Thus, Young came to be known as the first alkaline chef.
