My Number 1 Goal Ths Year Is To Burn Fat And Gain Muscle
February 2nd, 2012 . by adminI have just finished writing up my goals for this year with respect to my health and fitness. When I set goals I don’t like to use vague wording, I like to tell it like it is. My number one goal for the upcoming year will be to burn fat and gain muscle. I have packed on a few pounds across the midsection and I don’t like it. I am an avid beach guy and I want to think that I look alright when I take off my shirt during the summer. Most of my routines will be combinations of hard cardio to help get rid of the fat with a fair number of abdominal exercises interspersed as well. I have seen this type of routine work wonders on others so I know that it will work for me. I am psyched.
