Your back does not always want to go out at the most convenient times.  Sometimes, it will go out when you cannot get in to see your local Fort Walton Beach Chiropractor.  When this happens there are a couple of things that you can do until you can get in to see Dr. Price.  First thing is to rest.  Do not try to over do it.  Do not take meds so that you can continue your day.  If you decide to take medication, do so only under the supervision of your medical physician and it is important that you discontinue any activities that may lead to further injury due to the pain being masked by the medication….this could cause further injury.
