2 Hour Workout Wore Me Out
June 29th, 2009 . by adminToday, I had the most intense workout I’ve ever had. I pretty much had a total body workout that lasted for close to 2 hours. I am extremely tired and I am about to take a quick nap now. I’ve worked my thighs, biceps, triceps, shoulders, and ab muscles. The body part that gave me the greatest workout was the abdominal muscles. I did a ton of ab crunches and leg lifts. I also exercised on the abs rocket device in order to free my back and neck from straining. Overall, I had a great workout, and I know I am going to be sore tomorrow.
