Cold sores are just one of the life’s problems and they always seek to show up at the wrong time.  They are painful, and a nuisance and catching coldsores is very easy. So this is just another added nuisance to them.

If you have  coldsores you need to be careful and not spread them to others or let others spread them to you.  There is a ten day period in which the cold sores are active. So avoid letting others come into contact with the coldsore or touching people where their coldsore is during the time it is there.
