Our husbands or boyfriends reassure us that we are still sexy! How does one get rid of cellulite? By incorporating a healthy diet and changing from an unhealthy high fat, high carbs eating lifestyle to a healthy low fat, low carb eating lifestyle. Since we had these cottage cheese dimples for years, we cannot expect to change over night. There is no magic pill out there. A healthy lifestyle change for me is still the answer.
