Easy Weight Loss – Setting Your Weight Loss Goals
June 5th, 2009 . by adminIn a weight loss plan, it is important that you set achievable goals. Unfortunately, many people will select goals that are a little beyond what would be a reasonable goal. This can sometimes result to failure and frustration.Avoid setting goal to drop an unrealistic amount of weight for a short time. Dropping 2lbs a week is a reasonable and achievable amount. Crash diets and starvation diets are not a good option for an easy weight loss plan. Basically, cutting an enormous amount of calories too soon is self-defeating. And be sure to commit to what you have started. Commitment plays a big part in achieving your weight loss goals.
