Problem with stress

The problem starts to creep in when the stress is not released and then it can lead to high degree of anxiety and finally to depression. Psychologists believe that when you meet a person for the first time, his/her body language is the single most important factor that determines your impression about him/her. You can know whether he is a sufferer of stress or not. The researches prove that a person who has gone through a mental disorder in hid life has more chances of dispute in relationships then the person who hasn’t.
