Reading too many articles about how to cleanse your colon
March 30th, 2009 . by adminI don’t know what happened all of a sudden to make the media start paying attention to this story, but in just about every magazine I’ve read over the past two months there has been at least a minor blurb about how to cleanse your colon. It sure took them long enough to pick up on this topic. Holistic healers have been talking about this for years and encouraging people to get off their butts — no pun intended — and given themselves a good cleansing on a regular basis. I guess once one person starts talking about it the rest follow.
