Why at home workouts? Simply put, there are many advantages to working out at home.

Advantage one: save time. You can save alot of time by not having to drive to the gym and back. You can save time by not having to wait on line for equipment and you don’t have to waste time talking to people while you are trying to workout.

The other advantage of at home workouts is saving money. You save money on gas, gym memberships and fancy gym clothes.
