When and How Should You Exercise?

For years I have heard that you should exercise in the morning before breakfast in order to get the best results. In a new program outlined in the Turbulence Training Review, which is an ebook written by Craig Ballantyne, a certified strength and conditioning specialist. Mr. Ballantyne says not true! You do not have to work out all at once on an empty stomach. As a matter of fact, it is better to work out in intervals. Interval work outs is a great way to beat boredom and will burn more fat than traditional workouts. You can check it out for yourself on line.
