Having a very sensitive body is very inconvenient. Small dust, pollens or other allergens will surely ruin your day. Though we have medications to control such but I still do believe that it is better to prevent rather than cure. As a practice, I replace my Hunter Air Filter on a regular basis to ensure that it filters allergen efficiently. I just grab a phone and order then wait till the package arrives. A small task that would save me trips to a drug store. Keeping the air clean would reduce my risk of having an allergic attack thus saving money from buying medicine.
