Of course any gift is welcomed heartily. But the one that makes your mother really happy is a tricky one. Most mothers by their default nature will always tell you that they do not need any gifts. But the secret to her happiness can be found out by only her children. You are the master of your relationship with your mother and you need to decode her ” I do not need anything”. Now this task is simple observation and patience. You can gift her anything that she needs. Maybe the wrist watch she wears has worn out, you can gift her a new set. Or may be, she wanted to buy something for a long time but could not because she was busy. Or it can be some of her wishes, like she wanted you to learn cooking, and you always ignored, may be, it is time to try out her favorite recipe. She is your mother and she is going to like that dish, however bad it be. Because the feelings are more important than the taste. And do not forget to add that ” I love you”, that makes her day.
