When the kids come home from school there isn’t anything more versatile for a snack than ritz crackers. Here are a few ideas of what to make with ritz crackers. Give a few of them a try the next time you have a crowd of hungry kids around.

Spread some peanut putter on a cracker and top it with a slice of apple.

Make a cracker and cheese sandwich

Make mini pizzas by spreading a little tomato sauce on each one, then top it with a slice of pepperoni and some shredded cheese.

Top the crackers with chicken or tuna salad.

Top them with cream cheese and jelly or slices of fruit - sliced strawberries are a great option.

Other than that, crumbled ritz crackers also make a great topping for casseroles or a filler for meat loaf.
