Upgrading for Profit
April 28th, 2009 . by adminI own and operate a small restaurant in the down town area of Atlanta, Georgia. I have had the restaurant for five years now and it’s been doing pretty well. I just got my beer and wine license. I have had a lot of regular customers constantly telling me a good glass of wine would be perfect with the meal. I decided to put a Wall Mounted Wine Rack behind the bar for everyone to see. I had the rack stocked up with some really nice wines. People have been buying the wine by the bottles. We have had twice as much business then usual.
