Trust me when I say there are no casual, drive-by Texans. One of the recent advertising campaigns touts, “It’s like a whole other country.” Being a Texan, I can vouch for that. We love our chicken fried steaks to be bigger than the plates they are served on and our cowboy hats to be taller than your normal-sized toddler.
