Several years ago, our normal dentist had a bit of a life upheaval and decided to sell his practice. He was really careful to make sure to carefully select who was going to be taking over. As clients, it was a pretty good transition. They did have to replace the office manager and a few of the techs. They actually found a new dental hygienist online by searching local resumes. Of course, they were all carefully interviewed. We love the new team as much as we did the old. They dentist is great and all the hygienists are really patient with the kids. It’s just one of the reasons it’s a great practice.
