Probate Realtors network with estate and probate attorneys and appraisers. The key is to separate themselves in the marketplace by branding their practice as probate Realtors. Their are over 2.5 million realtors in the U.S. and nearly all of them are doing business the same way. Approximately 2 million people die each year and many need a realtor who is savvy regarding estate issues and who understand the probate process. Probate is very stressful on families and probate Realtors can provide a valuable and unique service.
