Spur of the Moment Vacation Adventure
September 16th, 2008 . by adminWhen my three best friends and I decide on an adventure, it can take us anywhere in the world, such as last year’s – to New Zealand.
It all started because my best friend Randy showed up with a brochure of taupo motels, complete with in photos of the beautiful rooms and breathtaking countryside in New Zealand.
After noticing the restaurants, outdoor activities, and local entertainment, we got more and more excited. Finally we made a spur-of-the-moment decision and made reservations for the four of us.
It all happened so fast (as usual) that I almost couldn’t believe it when I found myself getting off a plane in New Zealand that weekend.
Our vacation was wonderful and, if possible, everything was even better than the brochure. We couldn’t have had a better vacation if we had planned for months.
